The SP1006 Series TVS Diode Array is provided within the 0201 form factor (µDFN-2) and gives best-in-class ESD protection for electronic products where board space is at a premium. The SP1006 Series is very suited to miniature portable electronics applications such as mobile phones, smart phones, MP3/PMP players, portable navigation devices, digital cameras, PDAs, portable medical devices, and similar handheld equipment.

The SP1006 series is RoHS compliant and complies with the these standards:

• ESD, IEC61000-4-2, ±30kV (contact), ±30kV (air)
• EFT, IEC61000-4-5, 40A (5/50ns)
• Lightning, IEC61000-4-5, 5A (8/20µs)

In addition to superior ESD protection (±30kV, contact) and surge capability (5A, 8/20µs), the SP1006 TVS diode array offers minimal capacitive loading with best-in-class clamping performance due to its low dynamic resistance of only 0.9O. In addition, the extremely low leakage of <0.5µA (MAX) at 5V is designed to maximize circuit reliability.
