IXYS has extended the range of its diode rectifier module range to 3,400 volts repetitive reverse voltage. The dual rectifier diode module with a part number MDD175-34N1 features two diodes in an industry standard module. Each diode is rated at 175 amps average current at a case temperature of 100 degrees centigrade and rated to 3,400V operation up to 125 degrees centigrade.

The MDD175-34N1 module benefits from IXYS’ own direct copper bond (DCB) isolated substrates, which have been extended to offer a 3,600 volt terminal-to-base isolation rating. Product features also include the standard set of IXYS’ design parameters; ruggedness; world-leading reliability, and highest efficiency. The MDD175-34N1 has been produced to meet all relevant industrial standards for most applications.
